芦笋炒鲑鱼
菜谱源自文学城私房小菜的
小李子
。
做法:
1.芦笋切段,鲑鱼(三文雨)切片.葱花姜片备用.
2.开油锅,下芦笋段清炒5分钟左右.
3.接着把鲑鱼片倒入,葱花姜片一起倒入,一起翻炒,喷些料酒,加盐继续翻炒到鱼肉变色,加味精就可以了.
