三文鱼菌菇炒蛋
菜谱源自文学城私房小菜的小李子。
做法:
1.三文鱼切片,新鲜的茶树菇洗干净泡一会,鸡蛋2个打匀.
2.先热油锅,把鸡蛋炒好盛出.
3.留底油抄茶树菇,炒到出水,下三文鱼片和鸡蛋一起翻炒,加盐,葱花,加盖转中小火焖一下,目的是让菇里的水都烧出来收干一些.然后加点味精翻几下就好.
