蒜香淡菜
菜谱源自文学城私房小菜的
依然如故
.
用Food processor将去皮的蒜头,芫荽,新鲜辣椒打碎,或者用刀将它们切成碎粒。锅里稍加点油,将上面打碎菜放入炒香,再加入蚝油和鱼露炒香,注意用量,不要太咸。倒入洗净得淡菜和鸡汤,加盖煮到淡菜的壳儿基本都打开就好了。将没有开壳儿的淡菜仍掉。可以先尝尝味道,需要的话再适量加点盐和鱼露。
最后放入BASIL 就出锅。
