泰式虾炒饭

菜谱源自文学城私房小菜suezi-q。

材料:

泰国香米饭,煮干一点,很好炒散.
熟虾 (COSTCO 冰冻的)解冻,挤干水,火腿(honey baked ham)切丁,
洋葱,蒜,辣椒 切碎粒
青豆(frozen),鸡蛋
青葱,香菜,切碎

调味: 鱼露,蠔油(3:1),糖,白胡椒,

配:青柠檬,黄瓜,蕃茄

用油炒香洋葱,蒜,辣椒,加蛋炒熟,加火腿,饭,鱼露,蠔油,糖,炒香饭, 加青豆,熟虾,青葱,香菜,白胡椒,吃时再挤青柠檬
