椒盐虾
菜谱源自文学城私房小菜rolling。
大虾沥干水,扑上一层薄薄的地瓜粉,立即放进油锅(油7成熟),大火炸微黄捞起备用。再起油锅,下1小块牛油(更香口),爆香蒜蓉,干辣椒, 葱丁爆成焦香,再把炸好的大虾回锅,边翻炒,边洒胡椒,盐,味精(至于下多少椒盐粉,那就看个人的口味),再翻炒几下就可以出锅了.注意:
1)椒盐虾一定要是大虾,耐炸又耐炒,中或小虾太易变老...
2)椒盐是不用油炒的,是象加调味一样加在上炒的.
