鸡蛋炒三文鱼
1、三个鸡蛋入碗里加盐打匀待用,三文鱼切片入碗里加盐/酒/香油/Red Wine Vinegar/柠檬汁/一点淀粉喂好口待用,青葱/洋葱切丝备用;
2、烧锅加油,油热后将备好的3文鱼小心翻炒,三分熟时拿出待用,另启锅将鸡蛋炒7分熟时将炒过的三文鱼和两葱加入锅里和鸡蛋一起翻炒,出锅。
