“石锅”拌饭
菜谱源自文学城私房小菜的
心怡厨房
半磅小octopus, 半磅瑶柱, 半个洋葱, 一根红萝卜, 两根青葱分别切碎, 锅里两大勺橄榄油烧热, 先下洋葱碎炒香, 再下其它几样, 加一小勺盐和一点胡椒粉, 翻匀加盖焖两分钟, 这时会出很多水, 尝 尝octopus粒, 熟了就加煮好的米饭。 米饭会立即吸干锅中的汤水, 再翻炒两分钟收干水汽就好了 -- 鲜, 微甜, 好吃惨了!
